(sorry I'm now spamming both your blogs with asks) Congratulations so much on your weight loss!!! I am trying to get back into working out and eating right as well (though I haven't been eating as well because I'm pretty broke and unfortunately fruits and veggies cost way more than Ramen) but yeah. I lost 50 pounds my freshman year of college (gained a little back unfortunately) and now I'm trying to lose some more for graduation! Your blog gives my inspiration to do it! thanks! <3
I love being spammed with asks! Good luck with your journey to health and weight loss!
It’s so hard to find plus size workout clothes that a) aren’t super expensive and b) are cute. I found both today while looking online. I never realized Old Navy had plus size clothing and they go up to size 30! They have tons of cute clothing and it’s all trendy and the patterns are amazing.
They have workout clothes covered, tops, bottoms, compression, jackets, yoga clothes, socks. I’m so impressed by them right now.
When I started my weight loss journey, I was a size 18. Well, that’s the size I bought, but most 18’s were too small so I had to buy pants with a lot of stretch. When I started losing weight, I got back into regular 18’s, and eventually a size 16.
Last month I started adopting a healthy lifestyle, and I’ve noticed some big changes in my body. My weight is dropping, and my clothes are all too big. Today I went shopping for new jeans at one of my favorite stores.
I bought a size 12. They fit, and actually looked great. A size 12. I haven’t worn that size since 2006! When I tried them on, and they zipped, and I looked in the mirror- I honestly cried. I was so excited to go shopping today and buy new pants in a smaller size, but I was expecting to buy a 14, not a 12!
Nothing motivates me like my own progress. I weigh less than 200 lbs and fit into a size 12. I can’t wait to get home from vacation and continue my progress!
So I decided not to workout and to eat cinnamon Cheerios and I don’t regret it one little bit, except now the little fitblr bitches are gonna come out. They’re gonna be all like: ” you ate cheerios?! do you know what that does to your body. Do you realize that your insulin levels are going to sky rocket?! You do know that sugar is converted into fat?!” Yeah bitch, I watched Food Matters too. Shut up. No one cares what you say. la la la la la I can’t hear you.
